The heart of my approach is to guide you through the path of injury to recovery, ultimately to return more resilient than before. This isn't about temporary solutions to pain or handing you a generic exercise checklist. Instead, it's about crafting a sustainable plan for lasting change, and tailoring every step to fit your unique needs and goals. My focus is on orthopaedic and functional assessments, acute and chronic pain management, strength coaching, perinatal and paediatric care, and helping clients of all ages maintain and improve their health through movement. I provide my clients with the knowledge and skills to take them from a place of uncertainty to one of confidence to manage their pain and overall health - for life.
